Big Time Rush is an American boy group that is specialized in pop music. It was formed in 2009. The group is comprised of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow and Logan Henderson. They first signed with Nick Records in 2009 before changing to Columbia Records. They appeared on Nickelodeon's television series, Big Time Rush. From November 28th, 2009 to July 25, 2013, the show aired. The pilot episode showcased the group's first single promo, "Big Time Rush". The group released three studio albums, BTR in 2010 and Elevate in 2011 as well as 24/7 in 2013. In 2014, the group was on a hiatus which lasted until 2021.
